There is a theory that rough days bring more breaches. On this particular day the weather kept a lot of people off the boats. Gratefully, Pacific Whale Foundation stuck to their schedule with just a few people onboard. They were rewarded with some great action, including this guy who popped up very close to the boat. Greg has been a part of PWF for a lot of years and has very rarely seen PWF cancel a trip.
